Scott is a veteran of Internet company development, with a passion for moving start-ups into high-growth acceleration. He has built numerous businesses across industries including healthcare and advertising. Prior to joining NebuAd, Scott built an IT consulting company, founded WineBuyer.com, was an early pioneer in behavioral advertising and helped launch Turn, the automatic targeting network, and one of Business 2.0's "Top 25 Internet Companies." Scott received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Southern California where he concentrated in entrepreneurship and finance.
